Double Chocolate Chunk Cookies

The only thing better than chocolate chunk cookies are double chocolate chunk cookies!

Ingredients

• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/3 cup cocoa powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup softened unsalted butter
• 1/3 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 2 tsp vanilla
• chocolate chunks

Instructions

1. Combine the dry ingredients.
2. Cream together butter and both sugars, and blend in egg and vanilla.
3. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and combine until a dough forms.
4. Roughly chop a chocolate bar into chunks and fold the chocolate chunks into the cookie dough.
5. Scoop the cookie dough into balls and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
6. Bake at 375°F for 12-14 minutes.
7. Allow to set on the tray for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
